A little-known biographical thread is the involvement of Primate Józef Glemp in the creation of new communities, societies and collegiate churches in the Archdiocese of Warsaw. An example may be the seemingly unobvious bond that was established on the initiative of the primate between the University Society of Fides et Ratio and the Kampinos-Bielans Collegiate Chapter. Through the activities of both institutions during the 20 years of their existence, it is clear that these works were thought out and compatible by Primate Glemp, not only in principle. It is through such works and initiatives that the primate appears as a shepherd who understood the need to combine prayer and religious reflection with intellectual reflection and scientific work
