
The publishing policy of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (CSWU) in relation to journals published at it is based on the Libre Open Access standard. This means that all articles published in journals published at UKSW are publicly available, i.e. they are immediately and freely available for reading, downloading and sharing. Articles published in accordance with Libre Open Access standards may be placed on any website, may be used for conducting lectures, and may also be placed in so-called reading rooms without the need to obtain permission from the author or publisher. However, appropriate reference to the author and the license must always be included.
The copyright policy for materials published in journals published at UKSW is as follows: the copyright to published materials is retained by the authors.
Articles published in UKSW journals are covered by the terms of the Creative Commons CC BY-ND 4.0 International license, which allows:
Sharing - Copy and distribute the work in any medium and format; for any purpose, including commercial.
Under the following conditions:
Attribution - The work must be properly credited, a link to the license provided, and if changes have been made to it indicated. This can be done in any reasonable way, as long as it does not suggest that the licensor endorses the person making the change or the way in which the work is being used.
No Derivative Works - When remixing, transforming, or building upon the work, you may not distribute the modified content.
Editorial Fee Policy: Authors are not responsible for any costs associated with the publication of their articles, such as article processing charges (APCs), editorial fees, color fees, submission fees, page fees, membership fees, print subscription fees, or other incidental fees. Authors do not receive any financial compensation for their published materials.
The policy regarding the deposit of different versions of materials submitted to the editorial office of journals published at UKSW is as follows: authors may, without any embargo, deposit: 1) the submitted, 2) the accepted, and 3) the published version of their articles in institutional or other repositories of their choice.
