The article examines the role of faith in the lives of young people, analyzing its impact on psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual development. It provides an in-depth analysis of adolescence as a critical stage in shaping identity, considering psychological concepts such as L.S. Vygotsky’s theory of developmental crises and E. Erikson’s theory of identity. The significance of youth pastoral care is discussed in the context of contemporary social challenges, such as increasing addictions and the impact of technology. The study highlights the role of adults as guides and mentors who support young people in the maturation process, fostering relationships based on trust, acceptance, and empathy.
