Studia Gdańskie is a peer-reviewed, open-access, semi-annual academic journal dedicated to publishing research in theology, religious studies, philosophy, history, cultural studies, and the social sciences. The journal publishes original research articles that contribute to contemporary international scholarship on Christianity, religion, ethics, culture, and society.

The journal welcomes interdisciplinary research in biblical studies, historical theology, systematic theology, practical theology, philosophy, religious studies, church history, ethics, sociology of religion, and related disciplines.

Founded in 1973, Studia Gdańskie is one of the longest continuously published theological journals in Poland. The journal is published by the Gdańsk Theological Seminary and the Metropolitan Curia of Gdańsk. The journal is indexed in DOAJ, ERIH PLUS, EBSCO, CEJSH, CEEOL, and the Polish Scientific Bibliography (PBN).

The journal follows a Diamond Open Access model. No article processing charges (APC) or submission fees are charged. All published articles are immediately available under the Creative Commons Attribution–NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-ND 4.0) licence.

Studia Gdańskie seeks to provide an international forum for scholarly dialogue between researchers representing different academic traditions and methodological approaches.
