We’re glad you’re here!
Your visit means that you are interested in publishing in the academic journal Kultura Media Teologia. Below you will find a summary of key information to help you ensure that your research and manuscript meet the journal’s editorial requirements and fall within its thematic scope.

The journal Kultura Media Teologia accepts manuscripts in both Polish and English.
In the Announcements, we publish all updates related to important and current events in the life of the journal — including the latest evaluation scores, new database and repository indexing, as well as announcements about thematic and special issues.

To verify whether your academic discipline is included in the ministerial classification assigned to KMT, or if you would like to learn more about the journal’s thematic scope, please read the General Information section.

Among the areas to which we attach particular importance are ethical principles.
By reviewing them, you will learn about the values that guide our work, as well as your rights and responsibilities as an author. We are open to the technologies of the future, including the use of artificial intelligence tools, which are permitted under the rules defined in the AI Policy (see: Rector’s Ordinance, UKSW). We aim to make access to research and scholarly results open and free of charge, while ensuring proper attribution of authorship. All publications are therefore distributed under the Creative Commons CC BY-ND 4.0 license, and further details can be found in the Open Access Policy.

All manuscripts should be prepared according to the Structure and Formatting Guidelines, which follow the APA 7th edition citation style: https://apastyle.apa.org/. All scholarly articles undergo a three-stage peer review process, beginning with an internal evaluation by the KMT Editorial Board. We confirm that no fees are charged for the peer review, editorial, or publication processes — authors do not incur any costs, as detailed in the Publication Conditions and Fees section.

Editable templates of the review form, as well as contracts and declarations, are available in the Statement Templates section. Familiarizing yourself with these documents will help you better understand the review and editorial procedures.
