Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to present a new socioeconomics trend which is sharing economy. The paper shows characteristics of the concept which is gaining widespread popularity in recent years. The study concentrates on transportation. The impact on the labor market and on the quality of the employment relationship were analyzed. Definitions of employee and virtual labor market were depicted. The status of on demand employee was also was researched and detailed. To lay down if on demand service is a form of work, case study Uber was used. The most helpful were sentences imposed on Uber drivers.
