Abstract

In the article, the author analyzes the apological texts of the editor of Do Rzeczy concerning the Muslim religion. It draws attention to two issues. In the first part of the article, he presents a critique of the foundations of the Muslim religion. Together with P. Lisicki, he asks about the origin and mission of Muhammad, looks for the origins of the Koran, and wonders if Islam is not one of the Christological heresies. The second part is devoted to a critique of the Koranic approach to Christianity. Following P. Lisicki, he points to the reductionism of the Christian understanding of revelation and theism present in Muslim thought, treating Jesus as a prophet of Muhammad and rejecting the truth about the redemption and resurrection of Christ. Finally, he draws conclusions from the perspective of fundamental theology.
