1. Advertising Policy

Studia Gdańskie does not publish commercial advertisements, sponsored content, or paid promotional materials.

Editorial decisions are made independently of any commercial, financial, or political interests. Manuscripts are accepted for publication solely on the basis of their scholarly quality, originality, methodological soundness, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Advertising and editorial decision-making are strictly separated.

2. Direct Marketing Policy

All promotional and direct marketing activities undertaken by Studia Gdańskie are accurate, transparent, and appropriate to the journal's academic profile.

Invitations to submit manuscripts are addressed exclusively to researchers whose expertise corresponds to the journal's scope. The journal does not engage in misleading practices, unsolicited mass e-mails, or deceptive marketing intended to increase manuscript submissions.

All information published on the journal's website accurately reflects the journal's aims and scope, editorial policies, peer-review procedures, indexing services, and publishing standards.

3. Repository and Self-Archiving Policy

Studia Gdańskie supports the wide dissemination and long-term preservation of scholarly research.

Authors retain copyright to their work and may deposit the published Version of Record immediately after publication, without embargo, in:

  • institutional repositories;
  • disciplinary repositories;
  • personal or institutional websites;
  • ORCID profiles;
  • other non-commercial scholarly repositories.

When depositing the published article, authors should provide the full bibliographic citation of the original publication in Studia Gdańskie and include the DOI where available.

All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution–NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-ND 4.0) licence.
