Konstytucyjne przesłanki ograniczenia wolności gospodarczej a COVID-19

Abstract

The principle of economic freedom is one of the fundamental principles of Polish law. A general clause of freedom of the economy is adopted in Article 20 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of 1997. The purpose of the article is a presentation of the possibility of restrictions of human and citizen rights and freedoms in the extraordinary states in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of 1997 year and the attempt to assess the constitutionality of selected restrictions during the COVID-19. The article presents the scale of the impact of the pandemic on tourism activities in Poland.
