Abstract

The parties got married on July 20, 2003. On October 30, 2020, the plaintiff filed a complaint for nullity of the marriage with the Church Court of the Wloclawek Diocese. By the decree of December 16, 2020, the case was ordered due to the psychological inability of the parties to undertake essential marriage obligations (can. 1095 n. 3). The parties appeared for questioning, then eight witnesses were appointed. After considering the cause by the judgment of September 2, 2021, it was ruled that the nullity of the impugned has not been proven.
