Aims and Scope

The online quarterly Kultura Media Teologia (KMT) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and listed in the official register of journals of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW). In the list of academic journals and peer-reviewed materials from international conferences announced by the Minister of Science on January 5, 2024, the journal received 40 points.

The journal is supervised by the Institute of Media Education and Journalism (IEMiD) at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. The primary mission of Kultura Media Teologia is to publish research and foster scholarly reflection on topics closely related to the areas of special interest to IEMiD: culture, media, and theology. The pages of KMT provide a platform for interdisciplinary exchange of ideas, research-based knowledge, and multifaceted perspectives on the studied phenomena, processes, and theoretical issues.
