Media is what the people who create it are, and the quality of communication is equivalent to the relationship a person has to another or the whole community. This text has a postulative character, and the aim of the study is to present the model of evangelization communication in the Church in relation to young people. It was created on the basis of literary studies, linguistic and media analyses, interviews and empirical research using neurotools. The use of the methodology of content analysis, mediometry and postulates of the Krakow school of media personalism gave the opportunity to prepare a functional tool for research on language and communication at the academic level, and will allow practitioners to apply the proposed determinants of professional communication with young people in order to achieve the planned goals.
