The role of the statement in information management in the influencer's image crisis in the context of the 5P rule

Abstract

One of the most popular principles organizing activities in crisis management is the 5P principle by Adam Łaszyn. The practical form in which it should be fulfilled is for example a crisis declaration. The main hypothesis is that its good design is a turning point in relationships with the environment in social media. The research was conducted using the case study method with elements of content analysis. The conclusions drawn from the research confirm detailed hypotheses about the importance of not only its structure in crisis statements, but also the time of publication, the channel and the form of expressing - or not - remorse. Previous publications on the image crises of influencers were created as reports or articles on industry portals, but there is no scientific study of the topic. The publication also brings value in the form of the author's categorization of apologies, which may constitute a tool, a key of analysis in other studies of this type in the future.
