Mateusz Kot, PhD – media educator, academic lecturer, and project manager specialising in science communication. He completed his doctoral studies at the Institute of Journalism and Media Education at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (2017). He is also a graduate of the postgraduate programme in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics (2019).

He served as coordinator of the nationwide Media Olympiad (2014–2018) and as secretary of the regional committee of the Olympiad of Knowledge about Media (2020–2021). He has managed projects funded by the National Centre for Research and Development and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. He is the principal investigator of the “Excellent Science II” grant (Support for Scientific Conferences) for the project Media Days UKSW: The Phenomenon of Digital Games.

Krzysztof M. Chmielewski – Assistant at the Department of Game Studies and Digital Culture at Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz. Game producer and co-owner of several independent studios. He has been involved in game production (including serious games) since 2008, working on projects ranging from military simulators, through LARPs and board games, to video games. His research interests include open-world game mechanics, cultural artefacts in games, and copyright law in the field of artificial intelligence.
