Abstract

Ways of combating organized crime in Poland and Europe The purpose of the article is to present the methodology of fighting organized crime both in Poland and in selected European countries. The author's intention is to show that the ways of dealing with the phenomenon of organized crime in the territory of the Old Continent show some similarity and fit into a specific pattern. To achieve the intended goal, the author in the article presents methods of fighting organized crime in countries such as Poland, France, Italy, Spain or Great Britain. Such an approach to the issue, in the author's intention, will allow to create an appropriate outline of the discussed topic and present the methodology of combating organized crime in Poland, placing it in the european background.
