Abstract

The Act on Withholding the Sale of Agricultural Property of the State Treasury and change of other actsintroduces widely commented and criticized changes to the Act on shaping the agricultural system. The article focuses on the legal analysis of selected provisions of the Act on shaping the agricultural system, which, considering probable legislative errors and noncompliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, raise most doubts.
