Abstract

Principles of a trade private agricultural land regulates the Act on 11th of March 2003 on shaping agricultural system wording of a provision the act on 14th April 2016 on suspension of selling land Agricultural Property Resources of the State Treasury and about amendment of some other acts. At present the Government draws up an extensive amendment
to an Act on 11th of March 2003. The project was presented in November 2017. Solutions included in a project of the Act on an amendment of an act shaping agricultural system and about amendment of some other acts according to original wording was presented in this analysis. Extension of a list of exclusion in application of the provisions of an act shaping agricultural system, to impose more exceptions to the rule exclusive acquisition right agricultural land by individual farmer follows from legal regulations in the project. Furthermore giving a possibility agricultural land by new entities with the consent of General Manager of National Agricultural Support Centre. Proposed amendments meet social expectations. It gives freedom of dispose of agricultural land.
