Abstract

The article is an attempt to assess the activities of the Financial Ombudsman. The aim of the article is to analyze and discuss the subject of the execution of the Financial Ombudsman's
tasks based on the Financial Ombudsman’s activity reports, the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice.
