Abstract

This article discusses two aspects of the function of an expert in cases of invalidity of marriage caused by mood disorders. In the first part, the author deals with the technical aspects of an expert's opinion in diagnosing mood disorders, divided into a personal examination of the parties to the trial and the evaluation of the files. The second part of the article shows the most common problems in the material and formal construction of expert conclusions and provides solutions to these difficulties.
