Abstract

The article concerns an issue of national control efficiency. Its analysis is enabled by grading a fulfilment of different national control aspects. According to article 202 section 1 of Constitution of the Republic of Poland, the supreme authority of national control is Supreme Control Chamber and that’s why fulfilment of specific national control functions
should be presented by the prism of Supreme Control Chamber actions. Making an analysis of actions taken by Supreme Control Chamber makes it easy to point how it fulfils national control functions. This article is concentrated on this issue in relation to selected national control functions. The analysis within such area enables grading the influence of Supreme Control Chamber on other national authorities and entities, what in consequence will make national control efficiency assessment better.
