The nearly ubiquitous ban of LPG vehicles on parking in the underground parking lots in residential and office buildings, as well as in shopping malls arises from the technical provisions of a regulation-class legal act. The provisions raise concerns both among the affected drivers and property owners. The author analyses whether it is reasonable to enact such limitation and whether the provisions pertaining to the issue are
complementary. De lege ferenda postulates have also been formulated.
