Abstract

The aim of this article is to present specific factors which influence the maintenance of mental health in the life and work catholic priests. Everyone of us has contact with stress in our life or work. It can affect us in a good or bad way. If we want to maintain mental health, we have to use our internal and external resources. The article not only defines those resources, but also sketches those situations, in which catholic priests are particularly exposed to stress, which makes difficult the maintenance of mental health. It helps us also to understand better the specificity of their life and tries to make us more aware regarding the hygiene of mental health.
