Abstract

The aim of the article is to show the parents' duty to care for the proper development of their children in terms of their physical condition. This is an essential marriage obligation. The first part of the article presents the obligation to care for the physical development of offspring in general. The second part presents the obligation to care for the development of the conceived child, while the third part is devoted to the issue of caring for the physical development of the child after its birth
