Abstract

In the modern world, sacrifice is an important phenomenon. In the past, being a victim was viewed negatively. There is now a kind of race to be considered victim or advocate for victims. Being a victim or a victim’s protector is seen as ennobling. Thanks to this, you can gain social recognition. Disclosing abuses are a problem. The paradox is that taking the side of the victims leads to the generation of new victims in the form of those who remained, above all in the media space, wrongly accused of persecution.
