DOCUMENTS FOR AUTHORS

Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University Publishing House obliges authors publishing in the journal “Prawo Kanoniczne” to sign specific declarations available on the journal’s website. These documents cover in particular:

1. Author’s declaration (Appendix No. 1) – including statements on authorship and originality, non-infringement of third-party rights, absence of simultaneous submission to other journals, contribution of co-authors, funding information, ethical approvals (where applicable), and the use or non-use of AI-assisted tools and content generators in line with the journal’s AI Policy.

2. Article publication agreement – regulating copyright, licensing under the CC BY-ND 4.0 International licence and other publication conditions.

3. Thematic classification form – indicating whether the article concerns the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), research on Polish history, religiosity, culture, literature and language, and/or the gender equality perspective.
