Abstract

The post-mortem inventory of Father Jan Tymowski from 1655, recorded in the municipal book of Nowy Sącz, documents the estate of a clergyman from a prominent family. It includes valuables, everyday objects, and educational and religious items. Organized by storage location, the inventory illustrates 17th-century urban material culture, economic practices, and personal and family life of the clergyman.
