Dear Members of the “Seminare” Community,
Every academic journal reaches moments of change that invite us to look back with gratitude and, at the same time, to look ahead to new challenges and opportunities. The appointment of a new Editor-in-Chief is such a moment for our journal.
On behalf of the Francis de Sales Scientific Society and the entire community gathered around “Seminare”, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Professor Mariusz Chamarczuk SDB for his many years of dedicated and responsible service. As Editor-in-Chief, he made an important contribution to the development of the journal, strengthened its academic position, and helped create a space for serious and open scholarly dialogue. I would like to thank him for his commitment, professional expertise, care for high academic standards, and kindness towards all those who contribute to our journal.
“Seminare”, however, is more than an academic journal. It is a community of scholars, reviewers, editors, authors, and readers united by a passion for knowledge, a sense of responsibility for its development, and a willingness to engage with important questions concerning young people, society, culture, and education. Therefore, while thanking Professor Mariusz Chamarczuk SDB for his work, I would also like to express my gratitude to everyone who contributes to and supports the “Seminare” community.
With hope and confidence, we now begin a new stage in the development of our journal under the leadership of Professor Ryszard Sadowski SDB. I am confident that, with the support and commitment of the entire community gathered around “Seminare”, he will be able to respond successfully to contemporary challenges, build on the journal’s academic achievements, strengthen its visibility, and create new opportunities for creative cooperation and mutual inspiration.
I would like to thank all of you for your trust, your presence, and your contribution to the development of “Seminare”. May “Seminare” continue to be a space for scholarly dialogue and a genuine community in the search for truth, growing through the commitment of all those connected with our journal.
Yours sincerely,
Professor Jerzy Gocko SDB
President of the Francis de Sales Scientific Society
