The foster care coordinator oversees the proper functioning of the foster family. Through visits to the social environment and contacts with representatives of the child's upbringing (ward) coordinator – in accordance with the idea of the method of individual cases – diagnoses the problems of the foster family and the child placed in it, draws up a child's help plan and works with chance. With a view to increase the effectiveness of helping children and foster families in the implementation of their educational tasks towards minors and raising the level of child's (pupil's) awareness in dealing with their own problems, the method of individual cases (stage: work with case) was enriched with the ENNEAGRAM method.
