This article responds to the growing needs of people with disabilities for full inclusion in the sacramental life of the Church. The author highlights the existing tension between the clear guidelines of the Magisterium and pastoral practice in Poland, which still fails to offer coherent and systemic solutions in this area. This situation calls for in-depth theological, pastoral, and pedagogical reflection. This article attempts to demonstrate the opportunities offered by contemporary catechesis in responding to the needs of the faithful with disabilities, taking into account biblical foundations, Church tradition, and current understandings of disability. The analysis leads to the conclusion that adequately prepared catechesis, sensitive to various limitations, can become an important tool for sacramental integration and for building a more inclusive Church community.
