Abstract

This article presents the Polish adaptation of the Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30) developed by Simon Cassidy. The scale is a self-report instrument designed to measure academic resilience among university students. The aim of the study was to develop a Polish-language version of the scale and to evaluate its psychometric properties, including reliability and validity. The validation study was conducted among 380 students (M = 22.06; SD = 2.79). The factorial structure of the Polish version closely resembles the original. The analysis identified a four-factor solution that accounted for 42.8% of the total variance. The empirical findings demonstrate satisfactory reliability and validity of the Polish adaptation of the instrument.
