The Journal of Students and PhD Students of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw "Młody Jurysta" is a nationwide peer-reviewed scientific journal published in electronic form since 2013. It is dedicated to students, graduates and doctoral students of the Faculty of Law and Administration of UKSW and the faculties of law and administration of other universities. It enables young scientists to publish scientific articles, glosses, reviews of case law and reviews under the substantive supervision of recognized authorities in various fields of law. "Młody Jurysta" is published semi-annually.

 

Scope of the Journal

"Młody Jurysta" is a nationwide peer-reviewed scientific journal published since 2013 by the Faculty of Law and Administration of UKSW in Warsaw. "Młody Jurysta" is assigned to the scientific discipline of legal sciences.

The journal is dedicated primarily to students, graduates and doctoral students of the Faculty of Law and Administration of UKSW and the faculties of law and administration of other universities. Any person who is a student or graduate of law or related sciences (administration, political science, international relations), a PhD student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of UKSW, as well as other universities (Polish and foreign) or a young scientist conducting scientific research in the indicated area

The aim of the Journal is to enable the development, development and promotion of the knowledge and skills of young scientists and to popularize their achievements.

The scope of the "Młody Jurysta" covers issues in the field of various branches and disciplines of private and public law, as well as the history and theory of law. The Journal publishes scientific articles, glosses, reviews, reviews of case law, reports from scientific conferences, summaries of scientific research results and other materials that demonstrate scientific value or are aimed at promoting science.
