Abstract

The article is an attempt to present the emerging changes in the organization: a new look at the role of employee, perception of the importance of effective communication,use the modern methods of communication. The development organization is always along and a multi-stage process, what makes that managers are looking for new solutions to achieve market leadership. Presentation of the emerging trends in management and the need to change organizational culture, will be held by bringing specific characteristics and fields of application of modern Synthetron method. Used in many international organizations tomanagement personnel and bottom-up flow information. This article is based on the author's master's thesis: “Effective internal communication in the organization. Analysis of the application of Synthetron method”, marketing materials to promote the method and based on experience from participating in the discussions both asa participant, as well as its moderator.
