This article is a presentation of the Team for Best Practice, at Cardinal Stephan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. The aim of The Team is to promote women in science, and especially mothers, also to prove that there is need of discussion about the perspectives and opportunities in the area of research and development to performance on gender equality, and to find ways of ensuring a work-life balance by developing and implementing family-friendly policies, and strengthen the dialogue between research institutions, universities and social partners. Implementing innovative social solutions allows to recall good practice including social, cultural and institutional aspects.
