- The submitted materials should appropriately disclose information about entities that contributed to the creation of the publication (substantive contribution, possible sources of funding, etc.).
Stage 2: Initial Evaluation by the Editorial Board of the Submitted Text
- The Editorial Board initially evaluates the text in terms of its compliance with the journal’s thematic profile and the correctness and completeness of the formal aspects.
- If the evaluation is positive, the text is sent for review.
- In the case of a negative assessment, regarding the mismatch between the content of the text and the journal’s profile, or the lack of originality, the text is rejected.
- If changes or improvements to the formal aspects of the text are necessary, it is sent back to the author for revisions. Once the changes are made according to the editorial team’s comments, the text is sent for review.
- If the author disagrees with making the necessary formal changes and improvements, the text is rejected by the Editorial Board.
- In all cases, the Editorial Board informs the author of its decision within 10 days.
Stage 3 and 4: Reviews of the Text
- After receiving the reviews of the text from the reviewers, the Editorial Board informs the author of the reviewers' opinions.
- In the case of a unanimously negative review, the text is rejected by the Editorial Board.
- If the opinions of the reviewers significantly diverge, the text may be sent to another reviewer.
- After collecting all reviews, the Editorial Board decides on one of the following outcomes: (1) accepting the paper for publication, if the reviews agree in this regard;
(2) sending the paper back to the author for corrections suggested in the reviews;
(3) rejecting the paper, if the reviews agree in this regard or when the reviewers suggest changes that go so far that, in the opinion of the Editorial Board, taking them into account would require the preparation of a new paper.
- The submitted paper is accepted for publication when the suggested amendments have been made, or when the author has convincingly justified their disagreement with some of the amendments. Otherwise, the paper is rejected.
- For more details, see: Review process and forms.
Stage 5: Publication of the Text
- The final version of the text approved for publication undergoes editorial and proofreading revisions by the Editorial Board.

- Failure to submit the corrected manuscript to the Editorial Board within 15 days of receipt, without providing a reason, will be considered as withdrawal from the publication process.
- The author provides final consent for the publication of the text in the version agreed upon with the Editorial Board.
