Abstract

The former Cistercian monastery and church in Ląd nad Warta are among the most beautiful un most valuable art monuments in Poland. On June 28th, 1921 the Salesians of Don Bosco take it Monument under their protection by having there first a minor seminary and in 1952 a set up a seminary. This article presents all the investments, conservation and restoration works, which were run under Salesian administration in Ląd.
