EDITION 2024 - Studia Ecologiae et Bioethicae Nature Photography Competition “Four Seasons.”
Results of the Nature Photography Competition
Fifty people participated in the competition, including 11 from abroad and 39 from Poland. The participants represented the following countries: Chile, Croatia, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Italy, and Ukraine.
The Competition Jury carefully reviewed the 169 photos submitted to the competition. Unfortunately, 39 photos did not meet the technical parameters outlined in the competition regulations; therefore, the Jury focused on the remaining 130 photos. The Jury selected one winning photo and three distinguished photos in each category, which confirmed the high quality of the submissions. As previously announced, the winning photos will be featured on the covers of subsequent Studia Ecologiae et Bioethicae academic journal issues.
We thank everyone who participated in the competition and shared their photos. The ceremony, during which diplomas for the winning and distinguished photos were awarded, took place on June 18, 2024, at the campus of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw at Wóycickiego Street. Below, we present pictures from the ceremony.
