Publishing Agreement

PUBLISHING  AGREEMENT  AND  REQUIRED  SUBMISSION  INFORMATION

  1. Statements Included in the Manuscript

Authors are required to include all applicable statements in the designated Statements section of the manuscript, in accordance with the official SEeB manuscript template.

These include, where applicable:

  • Author Contributions;
  • Funding;
  • Institutional Review Board Statement;
  • Data Availability Statement;
  • Acknowledgments;
  • AI Tools Declaration;
  • Conflicts of Interest;
  • information concerning the role of the funder.

These statements do not require separate signed forms.

During the final proof stage, the authors review and approve the complete version of the article intended for publication, including all statements and declarations contained in it. By approving the final version, the authors confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading, and accept responsibility for its content.

Authors are required to inform the Editorial Team immediately if any statement is incomplete, inaccurate, or requires updating before publication.

The authors remain responsible for compliance with the applicable requirements concerning authorship, research ethics, personal data, copyright, conflicts of interest, funding disclosure, research data, and the use of artificial intelligence tools.

All persons listed as authors must meet the journal’s authorship requirements, approve the final version of the article, and accept responsibility for their respective contributions and for the integrity of the published work.

For manuscripts with more than one author, individual contributions must be described in the Author Contributions statement using the CRediT Contributor Roles Taxonomy.

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all authors have approved both the submitted version and the final version of the manuscript intended for publication.

  1. Publishing Agreement

The Publishing Agreement is the only separate document that must be signed by the authors.

By signing the Agreement, the authors grant Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw the rights and permissions necessary to publish the article under the conditions specified in the document.

The Agreement may be signed in one of the following ways:

  1. electronically, using a qualified electronic signature, in which case the electronically signed document must be submitted in its original electronic format; or
  2. by hand, in which case the completed and signed document must be scanned and uploaded as a PDF file.

An image of a handwritten signature pasted into an electronic document is not regarded as an electronic signature.

The signed Publishing Agreement must be uploaded through the journal’s online submission system together with the manuscript and the other required files.

  1. Thematic Classification Form

Before submitting the manuscript, the corresponding author must complete the mandatory online Thematic Classification Form.

The form collects information used for institutional reporting and monitoring, including whether the article relates to:

  • the Sustainable Development Goals;
  • Polish heritage research;
  • the gender equality perspective.

The information provided in the form does not influence the editorial decision.
