Abstract

A serial project „Polish measurement of attitudes and values” (“PPPiW”) included both appointed officials and officials of local public administration.A total of 746 were conducted, corresponding to 746 interviews. The measurement is based on a random sampling scheme. The statistical error for a sample of n = 746 was 3,01. Statistical observation concerned units representing public administration which were aggregated territorially in the area of 16 provinces of the country. Representatives of the Polish officials show symptoms of privatized religiosity, regardless of their gender. This makes statistical picture of this subjectivization of religion coherent. Employees of public administration reveal the free-market approach accepting inequality stratification by income disparities as a natural causative factor in biographies. Respondents agree with the form of disciplining employees of public administration in the form of financial responsibility: 33.4% of respondents accept the idea of taxation to people faithful to the Church, ¼ support the removal of religious symbols from public places, a similar number of respondents approved of the idea of withdrawingreligion subject from public schools, and 21,3% wants to ban the practice of consecrating objects for public use. Egalitarian family model was supported by 76.4% of respondents. The survey results reveal a positive correlation between the increase in the level of education and the growth of the responsibility for the charged tasks and the scope of the duties.
