Trynitarna bibliologia w ujęciu Telforda Worka

Abstrakt

Na określenie teologicznego namysłu nad naturą i misją Pisma Świętego stosowane są różne terminy. Telford Work, którego myśli poświęcony jest niniejszy artykuł, preferuje określenie „bibliologia” (ang. bibliology). W tekście zaprezentowano jego koncepcję bibliologii, jej zakres i strukturę, a także znaczenie. Wskazano na patrystyczne i współczesne inspiracje teologiczne autora monografii Living and Active: Scripture in the Economy of Salvation. Zreferowano koncepcję Bosko-ludzkiej ontologii Pisma w ujęciu Worka, uwypuklając zwłaszcza wymiar chrystologiczny i wykorzystanie analogii inkarnacyjnej w doktrynie Pisma, a także zasygnalizowano związek bibliologii z soteriologią, eklezjologią i eschatologią. W końcowej części artykułu zwrócono uwagę na słabsze punkty wybitnego, wszechstronnego teologicznie i otwartego ekumenicznie dzieła ewangelikalnego teologa.
