Abstract

The importance of the horse in human life is indisputable. Since the dawn of time, this unique animal has played an extremely important role in many areas of activity - e.g., transport, art and agriculture. Despite many cultural changes and significant development on the technical and mechanical level, the horse is still an indispensable element of our lives, although today we use it differently than before - more often for tourist, recreational or therapeutic purposes. Being in the company of a horse, caring for it and, of course, horse riding it, have a positive effect on our emotions, help in eliminating physical, mental and social disorders. Horseback riding affects the immune system and hardens not only the body, but also the human character.
