Social pathology is a toxic and threatening phenomenon for the human person because it goes beyond the scope of his internal self-regulatory capacity. It takes place simultaneously at several levels of human functioning, for example, at the socio-ethical, psychological and spiritual level. The offender is usually not in a position to independently adapt to standards or adopt certain values, has a difficult contact with his or her environment, may experience psychological problems and, finally, the impairment and distortion may also be spiritual aspects of his functioning and selfrealization. The interactions of rehabilitation should be conducted on comparable levels, covering different aspects of the pathology, by a supporting and accompanying personal relationship, psychological support and spiritual support. A multi-dimensional approach to the problem is conducive to maximizing social reintegration.
