Within the framework of European integration, it is necessary to take an interest in the problem of the cultural aspect of this integration. It must be emphasized that contemporary Europe cannot not be limited solely to political, economic or social problems, but that it should be to build above all on the cultural level. Because it is culture that constitutes for man the space privileged of its existence, its development, and the final realization of its subjectivity. In the dynamics of its integration processes, Europe cannot lose sight of man. Thus, if Europe wanted to be family in relation to the human person, it could not lose its culture which appears as the deepest basis of its union.
