Abstract

An important area of ​​social life, hurt by a crisis, is human life Work. In the pursuit of winning, one forgets that work is for man, not man for work. It is not permitted to charge people according to its usefulness for to handle the work. One should treat the work from this point of view, whether it is useful or useless to humans. It is necessary to constantly remind people that human work is one has a social character. All their products are an effect of people's cooperation, serve the human community and create solidarity between people. A constant emphasis on the personal and social character of the work is a touchstone of civilization progress. This progression is meant by man and for man take place.
