Adolescence is a specific period of human life, which forms personal emotional and religious maturity of a man. At this time, existential discernment of generation, that begins its first and responsible stage of adult life, also crystallizes. While characterizing the community of school children, which learn in all types of secondary schools in Krosno, in Podkarpacie Province, in the school year 1996/97 the author of the present study paid special attention to attributes of sociodemographical and of the religious and moral nature, that allowed him to create classification (categorizing) of religiousness. Presented profile of studied population makes up a “photograph” of secondary school children, which learn in Krosno on the Wisłok River in 1996/97 school year.
