This work describes the effectiveness of education in the youth center in Trzciniec. This Home is intended for difficult youth who have problems in social adjustment prepared. It has existed for eleven years and successfully applies the Don Bosco educational system. The special thing about the system is the family atmosphere in the home. The positive sides of the boy People are challenged. The educators who work in the youth home believe in good in young people, which helps young people to discover and develop the good in themselves. She create a new picture of life. The effectiveness of education can be seen in the the constantly changing attitude towards life of young people, which prefers the good to turn. (The attitude towards school, towards work, towards others and towards oneself becomes positive).
