Contemporary forms of children's missionary apostolate Settler, Pro-existence as a Christian call

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to present different forms of missionary action among children. The article itself shows and briefly describes existing forms of the childhood missionary apostolate plus traditional methods such as: catechesis and liturgy, missionary weeks, and also new forms linked to the missionary congresses of children, the Missionary Childhood Day, missionary magazines for children. All of this serves the basic purpose of education in the missionary spirit which forms an integral part of Christian education. This education leads to the formation of attitudes of solidarity and openness towards others, to bring material and spiritual help to children in mission countries and to foster missionary vocations
