Abstract

After the Second Vatican Council in the wake of Catholic Charismatic Renewal were born in France from various new communities. Among them the Emmanuel Community is today the most numerous and known. The biography of Pierre Goursat, his founder, a few words on its development and the analysis of its Statutes allow us to see how the Emmanuel as a universal private association of the faithful of pontifical right participate in the mission of the Church.
