Abstract

The prof. Jerzy Józef Kopeć CP, professor of liturgy at the Catholic University of Lublin, presents here the article entitled: „Pastoral dimension of the celebrations of the Great Jubilee”. The first part of the article 1' Author dedicates to the general knowledge of the jubilee and also of the cclcbnr/national and regional jubilee ions. Then the Professor shows how Christians walk towards the Third Millennium, they bring the Good News of Christ to the whole world as a sign of hope and salvation. Having said that, Prof. Kopeć passed the general rules of the celebration of the jubilee and then to those prepared for the local Churches. Finally, the Author has I value the great Gift we receive of the jubilee occasion, but also the different conditions to accomplish, in order to be able to participate in it.
