After the first profession, the formation of consecrated persons does not end. The period which continues formation is called ongoing formation. The law of the Societii di San Francesco de Sales accepts the general norms of the Church and expresses its charism in its own norms, also in the theme of ongoing formation. The formation of Salesians does not depend only on the law or on structures. The Salesians have his activity and feel called to live any situation with a formative commitment.
