The article presents the analysis of materials for the catechesis of young people in the aspect of them united in prayer education. At the beginning he describes the specifics of the catecheses on prayer for the I-IV classes of High Schools. Then it shows the elements of the prayer included in these materials. What is interesting are the tables that show the different ones lipi of prayer (tab. 1), the place of prayer in the course of the lesson (at the beginning, in middle, at the end, tab. 2) as well as the number of prayers in the catechesis (1 time, 2 times, 3 times and more, tab. 3).
